nbaazi Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nbaazi ("nbaazi", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the nbaazi website at https://nbaazi.app or any associated mobile-optimised interface, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered through nbaazi, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting markets (including cricket betting), live dealer games, crash games, slot machines, table games, promotional offers, bonuses, deposit and withdrawal services, and all customer support interactions.

nbaazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the nbaazi platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. English is the official and governing language of all agreements between you and nbaazi. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation (if provided for reference purposes), the English version shall prevail.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Use of the nbaazi platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+ Real-money gambling on nbaazi is available only to adults. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced through identity verification procedures.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. Creating an account to be used by another person, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on nbaazi or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register until the exclusion period has formally expired.
• You have not been previously excluded from nbaazi for fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

nbaazi reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, upon the first withdrawal request, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Documents accepted for age verification include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending receipt of valid documentation. Any winnings accrued on an account later determined to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be forfeited, and the account will be closed permanently.

Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one active nbaazi account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access real-money games and betting markets on nbaazi, you must create a player account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nbaazi username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nbaazi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact nbaazi support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Information Updates

You are required to keep your account information accurate and current at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, update your account profile promptly. nbaazi is not responsible for failed communications or delayed payments arising from outdated account information.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud and underage gambling, nbaazi operates a standard KYC process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any point. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request above ৳10,000 and before activating certain high-value bonuses. Accepted documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — both sides
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account screen showing your name and number)

nbaazi processes KYC documents within one business day. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on nbaazi — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). nbaazi does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees for which nbaazi bears no responsibility.

Deposits

Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrency methods (Bitcoin, USDT TRC20/ERC20, Ethereum). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nbaazi, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.

Deposits made in cryptocurrency are converted to BDT at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. nbaazi is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation of a crypto deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (24/7 for mobile wallet methods). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay within one hour; bank transfers within 24 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30 minutes. These timelines apply once the withdrawal request has been approved and KYC verification is complete.

Withdrawal Restrictions

nbaazi reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified; (b) the account is under fraud investigation; (c) the withdrawal would reduce the account balance below the active bonus wagering requirement; or (d) the request is flagged by automated security systems. In such cases, nbaazi support will contact the player within four hours (BST, UTC+6) to explain the reason and request any additional information required.

nbaazi offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT (৳) and credited to your bonus balance.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games 10%–20%; sports betting markets 100% of settled bets (subject to minimum odds). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

Responsible Use of Bonuses

Players are encouraged to read bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion. If you do not wish to participate in a bonus offer, you may decline it at the point of deposit. Accepted bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements will restrict your ability to withdraw the bonus balance — your real-money balance remains withdrawable subject to the conditions above.

Bonus Abuse

nbaazi actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across accounts, exploiting technical errors, using automated betting scripts, or systematically identifying and exploiting offers in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus balances confiscated and may be permanently closed.

All bets placed on nbaazi — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, or sports markets — are subject to the game-specific rules displayed within each game or market interface. These Terms provide the overarching framework; individual game rules govern specific outcomes and edge cases.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on nbaazi cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports betting:

• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL, the ICC for international fixtures).
• In the event a match is abandoned or suspended before the minimum qualifying time has been played, nbaazi reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are locked. Late bets received after a result is known are void.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed within each market. Bets that would exceed the maximum payout are accepted at the maximum payout limit.

Casino Games

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, roulette (including European Roulette), crash games by Spribe, and table games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or real-time dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined independently of nbaazi and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player through any means other than standard game mechanics.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — such as a server disconnection, game crash, or display error — the round is voided and the stake is returned to the player's balance. nbaazi is not liable for winnings or losses that cannot be reconciled due to a documented technical failure.

Bet Cancellation Policy

Once a bet or game round is confirmed and accepted by the nbaazi system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Exceptions apply only where nbaazi identifies an obvious pricing error (also known as a "palpable error") — in such cases, nbaazi reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a specified period. When the limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended for that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a configured number of consecutive minutes of active play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off, login is restricted to account management functions only.

Closure by nbaazi

nbaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or collusion in games
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting , or use of automated betting software in violation of these Terms
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. nbaazi will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will have an administrative fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure — whether initiated by the player or by nbaazi — all active bonus balances are forfeited immediately. Pending bet settlements will be resolved in accordance with normal game and betting rules, and any resulting winnings will be credited or debited accordingly before the final account balance is calculated. Closed accounts may not be reopened except under specific circumstances reviewed and approved by the nbaazi compliance team.
